Hope67 began helping people with their money problems in January 2021 and since then we’ve worked with people of all ages and backgrounds and managed almost £700,000 of debt. We’ve now come to a point where our staff, both paid and volunteers, feel that sadly, it’s time to bring this work to an end. Whilst this is not an easy decision, it means that Hope67 will close as a debt advice service as of Friday 26th September. We are no longer accepting new clients.
New Life Church will continue to provide wider support through Coalville Foodbank. The Hope67 services listed below are being transferred to the Foodbank, however debt advice can no longer be provided.
Closing the valued debt advice service we’ve provided isn’t easy for us; we are well aware face-to-face debt advice is often both preferred by those we help and yet it’s the most difficult to find. Who we are
Hope67 is part of the Community Money Advice (CMA) network of money advice centres. We provide our services as a CMA Connect Centre.
We are a Christian organisation formed by Coalville Foodbank and local churches coming together for the good people in the LE67 postcode area. We're keen to work with anyone who requests our help, whether they have a faith or none at all.
